Information we may collect
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Information you provide by filling in forms or registering on raffleticketsonline.co.uk
- Information you provide when making a purchase from the site
- Details of your visits to the site, including location data, traffic data and weblogs
- Records of correspondence if you contact us
Our chat assistant (Printer Pat)
Printer Pat is an AI assistant that answers questions about our products, delivery and orders. What you type into the chat is sent to our AI service provider (OpenAI) so that it can write a reply. Please do not type card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details into the chat.
If you are signed in and ask about an order, Pat can see the status and tracking of your own orders only. If you ask Pat to pass a message to our team, the message, the name and email address you give and the chat so far are emailed to us so we can reply.
So that we can check Pat's answers and improve them, we hold each conversation briefly and email a copy of it to our team about five minutes after the last message. If you were signed in, the email also shows your account email address. Once the email has been sent, the copy held on our system is deleted; the emailed copy is kept in our team's mailbox.
How we store and protect your data
All information you provide to us is stored on secure web servers.
In order to serve you efficiently, reputable third-party banking institutions (including PayPal and Stripe) handle our card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. Those organisations are under a strict obligation to keep your personal information private. Raffle Tickets Online does not store your card details.
When we provide you with a password, or you choose one, it is your responsibility to keep that password confidential.
Please note that transmission of information via the internet may not be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any data during transmission.
